Building Matenance Staff
To perform building managers duties including: * Bin management (Towing bins from the basement to the roadside for empty service) * Genenal Cleaning (mopping, broomimg, vacuumimg the common area) * Poll Management (vacuuming, hosing the fence, water quality control) * Garden Management (mowing, trimming, pruning) * BBQ area, Tennis Court, Gym room cleanign and minor repairs Early start, average 4 hours per day, 7 days a week We are looking for a staff who is reliable, hardwor
